You can book your accommodation for EVACI 2011 via this website.
Just simply choose a hotel, look at the details and when you made your choice, follow the instructions for your booking.
The rest of the booking procedure runs automatically. At the end you will receive a first invoice. In December you will receive the final invoice for the outstanding amount.
After receiving that final payment, you will receive your ACCOMODATION VOUCHER by email.
If you encounter problems with the booking procedure, do not hesitate to contact us at bookings@evaci2011.be and we will contact you as soon as possible.
IMPORTANT!!!
This booking procedure is only valid for a stay between March 15th and March 21st. If you want to book extra days, follow the booking procedure for the period 15-21 March and send us an email telling us you want to prolong your stay with one or more days. We will do all the necessary for that additional booking.
